Provide us with all relevant information about your cat's visit to the vet, including a copy of the invoice for the treatment.

After reporting a claim and submitting all the necessary documents, the case will be reviewed by simpego.

Reimbursement will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of your insurance policy. Once the review is complete and the claim has been approved, reimbursement will be made by bank transfer in accordance with the agreed cover and taking into account any excess or deductible.
