Glass damage

“Partner garage” repair model
If the damage is repaired by a glass provider (DESA or Carglass) arranged by simpego, the contractual deductible for breakage damage to the front, side, rear and roof windows is waived, provided the glass is repaired and not replaced.

Repair model “free choice of garage”
If you opted for the “free choice of garage” when concluding the contract and now have the damage repaired by a simpego glass provider, but the glass has to be replaced rather than repaired, you will benefit from a reduction of the contractually agreed excess by CHF 200.00. If the glass is repaired, the contractual excess will not apply at all.

With the “free choice of garage” model, you can choose the garage of your choice in the event of comprehensive damage. However, if you select a simpego Partner garage, you will benefit from a CHF 100 reduction in the excess for bodywork repairs in addition to the above-mentioned advantages.
