For your keys:

• Immediate assistance from a locksmith: simpego will cover the costs of a locksmith up to CHF 2,000 as an initial measure. Whether you have lost your keys, they are damaged or you have simply misplaced them – we are there for you.
   
• Replacement keys included: We cover the costs of replacement keys, badges or magnetic cards. We are also there for you in the event of unforeseen malfunctions of the locking system. In addition, we help if you have accidentally locked yourself out or in, or are unable to open the front door yourself for health reasons.

For keys belonging to third parties (e.g. rented flats):

• Immediate assistance from a locksmith: We cover the costs of a locksmith if you lose or damage someone else's keys, e.g. for rented flats.
